Pa amb tomàquet

“Pa amb tomàquet” or bread with tomatoe, is a tipical catalan dish. Fresh, natural, and no cook needed.

– Bread
– Tomato
– Oil
– Salt

How to:
Take the bread, cut the tomato in two halfs and crush it against the bread so that it permeates sliding.
Finally use oil and salt.

So easy and tasty…

If you ask for a sandwich of ham or “butifarra” in Barcelona I’m sure it has this kind of sauce on it.

Where to eat a good sandwich with “pa amb tomàquet”?
Maybe at La Flauta, Quebo!, or Bar Fidel. But any bar could be nice.
