Do you know that Gràcia was an independent village before becoming a neighborhood of the city?
That’s why its people feel so different to the other Barcelona’s inhabitants.
Walking down Gràcia’s streets is absolutely charming, with its genuine shops and bars.
And you know what I love the most?
Getting up in a sunday morning and having a drink in one of its squares with someone.

Have you ever imagined to have, in no more than 200 meters, theaters, cabarets, or even erotic shows?
Well, in the past, Avinguda Paral•lel was that place. Or even better.
Nowadays, this major street in Barcelona mantains some of these places, and is the visit is really worth it.
And what about its name? Paral•lel? Do you imagine its origin?

History and shopping at Carrer Tallers

Very near Les Rambles, there is a very interesting street.
It combines history, culture and new trends like no other place in the city.
I’m talking about Carrer Tallers.
Shops here have always been related to culture, from music to bookshops, and of course, fashion.
Very near, don’t forget to visit MACBA, or to have a drink at “La ovella negra”.

History and music at Plaça del rei

Today, another hidden place in the city.
Do you know Plaça del Rei?
It’s a really wonderful square near Plaça Sant Jaume.
There, you will find Museu Històric de la Ciutat, which keeps all the information about the ancient city.
And if you are lucky, you’ll be able to listen to some music, played by urban performers.
In our case, we shooted with some spanish guitar as musical background…
Amazing, isn’t it?

La Diagonal

Welcome to la Diagonal!
In this long of avenue where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and many more!
La Diagonal divides the city in two parts, and it’s a must-see in your visit.
And don’t worry, because you will find bus stops, underground stations, taxis and many more to get wherever you want…
Or if you want, you can walk all along…
But take some food and drinking, because it is about 11km long!
Anyway, watch the actual avenue, because it is going to be renewed. Take a look here!

Walking around el Born

Sometimes, you need to find something special, unique.
A present for someone, or just for yourself.
Well, el Born is the perfect place. You can visit Santa Maria del Mar or have a look at el Fossar de les Moreres, and the go shopping.
Clothes, shoes, jewellery, art… Everything in this quarter is trendy and original.
Actually, some of these shops only exist here.
And if after shopping, you still have time, go through the narrow streets and find Picasso’s museum.
It will be worth it!

Christmas at Barcelona

25 de desembre, fum, fum, fum!
Yeah, it’s Christmas at Barcelona!
And maybe it doesn’t snow here (well, sometimes it does!), but our Christmas’ spirit remains intact.
Every year, from the first of december until Chirstmas’ Eve, “La Fira de Santa Llúcia” is set at La catedral’s square. It’s the perfect place to get the perfect decorations for your house: trees, lights, Santa Claus dolls, nativity scenes, “el caganer”, “un tió”…
Do you know all about them? How we sing to a trunk and hit it to get some candy? Or that we join to the nativity scene a quite unpolite figure?
Then, watch our video.
And then, write to Santa Claus or the Three Wise Men to ask for your presents.
I already did it!

La Barceloneta

I love Barceloneta!
It has everything you can imagine. You can go to the beach, have a dive or even take a ride on your bicycle. In fact, you will see a lot people doing exercise at any hour of the day!
But above all, I like because there is always a lot of people. It’s really a lively place! There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants. In fact, I met two friends during the shooting… You’ll have to watch the video if you want to meet them!
And finally, to make your day complete, I recommend you to have some “patates braves” with a cold beer. You’ll never regret it!

Walking through Les Rambles of Barcelona

Les Rambles is the most colourful place in Barcelona. It is always full of people walking up and down, either tourists or not.

The human statues, the animals, the flowers… All of them make a big impression in every visitor.

And guess what! Les Rambles have a special fountain called Canaletes. It isn’t just where we celebrate all of FC Barcelona’s victories.

It has something magical…

Shopping at Passeig de Gràcia

Passeig de Gràcia is a street full of shops like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Diesel, Replay, Tous or Nespresso. You can go there just for a walk or spend all your money in a purse… You choose. Those shops aren’t cheap, but I’m gonna post another street with affordable prices, for everyone
